What are the costs of maintaining a web site?
► Blog Package $169 - For those who want to get the word out but do not need a web site, Emergworks has created a great service for you! We will construct a custom built blog with 2 FREE emails & mass mailing capabilities. This is great for the serous blogger!
► Web Presence Package $299 - This includes: 1 domain, 1 page, emails* & FREE mass mailing capabilities. (Once we have completely built and trained you to manage your page and you have approved for the page to go live on the web there will be a tech support fee hourly)
►Web Presence PLUS Package $399 - This includes: 1 domain, 3 page, emails* & FREE mass mailing capabilities.(Once we have completely built and trained you to manage your page and you have approved for the page to go live on the web there will be a tech support fee hourly)
► Complete Site Package $799 - This is a ONE time fee. This includes: 1 domain, UNLIMITED pages, emails* & FREE mass mailing capabilities. Other service fees may apply according to needs. (Once we have completely built and trained you to manage your site and you have approved for the site to go live on the web, there will be a tech support fee hourly for further assistance.)

Monthly Maintainence Packages (optional)

Allow one of our web experts to handle all of your blog or website updates and maintenance.
►2 hour per month - $25/month
►4 hours per month - $45/month
►6 hours per month - $65/month
2-6 hours may not seem as though it is a lot of time. But if you have simple updates such as pictures & text, this many hours a month is all you need!
(Each hour after your prepaid monthly manitenance fee will be billed at the normal tech support rates listen below.)
Tech Support You have instant access to one of our tech support agents 5 Days a week 9am-5pm.
There are three pricing packages for tech support if you do not have a monthly maintenace package.
- Blog Support - $34.99/hr
- Web Presence Site Support - $44.99/hr
- Complete Site Support - $64.99/hr
If you only use a certain amount of Tech Support time, such as 30 min, you will be bill at a pro rated price. (Example: 30 min of Complete Site Support = $29.99)

Web Presence Plus - $24.95 monthly
Complete Site Package - $29.99 - $64.95 monthly (dependant upon bandwith usage)

► Blog Package = $204.90 This price includes: Domain purchase, 1st month hosting, FREE blog email addresses (two) and mass emailing capabilities. (does not include monthly maintainence)
► Web Presence Package = $339.90 This package includes: 1 page, Domain purchase, 1st month hosting, 5 email addresses*, and mass emailing capabilities. (does not include monthly maintainence)
Payment plan option - 50 % Down payment = $169.95, Remaining Balance of - $169.95. We do ask that you make your hosting, optional maintainence & email fees* on time. (At anytime a payment is missed, your web content will be deactivated 2 days after payment is due)
► Web Presence PLUS Package = $544.90 This package includes: 3 pages, Domain purchase, 1st month hosting, 5 email addresses*, and mass emailing capabilities. (does not include monthly maintainence)
Payment plan option - 40 % Down payment = $217.96, Remaining Balance of - $326.94. We do ask that you make a minimum payment each month of $150 + hosting, optional maintainence & email fees* till balance is satisfied. (At anytime a payment is missed, your web content will be deactivated 2 days after payment is due)
► Complete Site Package = $1,054.94 This package includes: UNLIMITED pages, Domain purchase, 1st month hosting, 10 email addresses*, and mass emailing capabilities. (does not include monthly maintainence)
Payment plan option - 30 % Down payment = $316.48, Remaining balance of - $738.46. We do ask that you make a minimum payment each month of $150 + hosting, optional maintainence & email fees* till balance is satisfied. (At anytime a payment is missed, your web content will be deactivated 2 days after payment is due)
*Emails are puchased MONTHLY by bundles of 5. Fee is $5 a month per bundle.
